St Georges Medical School Students’ Union Sabbatical Officers staged a sit in protest at their University today.

Around 30 students sat in the reception of their college hospital holding placards against the fee rise.

Will Barber, final year Medical student, said: “If they can afford to give vodaphone a tax break, then they can afford to give students a break over tuition fees.”
