Deputy PM criticises question on tuition fees during debate on electoral reform

The Deputy Pm criticised a question on tuition fees as being “wholly irrelavant” to the debate on electoral reform being held in the House of Commons at the moment.

Questions about tuition fees continue to come and Clegg defends the coalition plans as being “progressive” citing the fact that students will not have to pay up front and will not have to start paying back until they are earning £21000 or more.
