Pi Newspaper and Pi Magazine are UCL’s largest student publications, published by Pi Media Society roughly every 3-4 weeks. Around 3,000 copies of each publication are distributed all over campus, from the UCL union, to department common rooms, to select student halls, to libraries and cafes.
The newspaper is a relatively new 32-page compact news-sheet featuring student news, investigative features, in-depth reviews and comment and opinion pieces.
The magazine is a 32-page glossy publication covering student culture and lifestyle in current music, film, arts, fashion and travel affairs. Pi Magazine was also recently named runner-up in the Best Student Publication category of the 2009 Guardian Student Media Awards.
www.pimedia.org.uk was officially launched in 2010 and brings you the breaking student news, unpublished articles and past issues of Pi.
